Thank you to everyone who joined us in-person and online for the panel discussion Deciding Loss: The McArthur River Compensation Claim.

This discussion was presented by the Centre for Native Title Anthropology in partnership with the Mabo Centre, and comes at a critical time for our legal system with the McArthur River judgment challenging us to re-examine how cultural loss is assessed, and consider the structure of future of native title compensation.
